February 2024- Game engines like Unity and Unreal are empowering new device app features by making integration between rendering players and app frameworks more readily available and easier to configure. While game developers have invested in embedding 3d rendering players into apps for a decade, it has always been laborious, bug-ridden, and challenging for cross-platform solutions. Recently, game engine providers have shifted more emphasis to app integration and generated player libraries and started bridging the gap.
